TOP –UP LOANS

Done on normal loan after one year repayment

Loan payable within 60 months

The interest rate shall be 1% per month on declining balance

Amount granted is indefinite.

NORMAL LOAN

Loan granted is 4 times the member’s shares

Maximum repayment period is 60 months

The interest rate shall be 1% per month on declining balance

Top up allowed after repaying for one year

Amount granted is indefinite..

SUPER SAVER LOAN

Granted to members whose savings are one million and above

Loan payable within 72 months

The interest rate shall be 0.67% per month on declining balance

Minimum loan is 2.5Million.

ADVANCE

Recoverable within a period of 4months

Granted to a maximum of ksh. 20000

Competitive interest rate

MICRO-CREDIT

To qualify for a loan one must have saved for at least 8 weeks

The loan must be discussed and approved by the group members and officials

All the individuals who meet the above requirements qualify for the loans as follows

ksh 30,000- first loan(character loan)

ksh 60,000-second loan

ksh 100,000
